“We took two tours with this travel agency and a guide from Manilo. The view was beautiful, but unfortunately, the guide wasn't up to the task: he spoke very quietly on the bus, and several people couldn't hear him at all. After pointing it out, he said it was unfortunate, he had a voice problem – okay, we accepted. The sunset trip to Teide was late. We arrived after sunset. On the trip to Anaga, the bar where we were supposed to stop for a cocktail was also closed, which the guide didn't know about. We weren't refunded either, and everyone paid for the cocktail when booking... I was disappointed…”
